Documentation centre

The documentation centre of the LRMH gathers :

  • publications about research and studies lead on the issues of conservation and restoration of monuments and works of art ;
  • reports and results of studies conducted by the laboratory's researchers ;
  • photographs and videos to illustrate these reports ;
  • a special photographic collection on rocks from monuments and quarries.

These resources can be exploited through two databases :

  • Castor for the written documents collection
  • Image for the photographic collection

Periodical publications are indexed in Sudoc (academic documentation catalog) and in Castor for some issues.

Access to the centre

The documentation centre is open to all visitors : art historians, archeologists, architects, scientists, conservators, students, and so on.

The centre is open from Monday to Wednesday, from 9am to 5pm, without a break. The address is :
